Know the cause brake failure hoist and Solutions
 

The reason for failure of dynamic hoist mechanism and solutions:

调整卷扬机制动器的过程中时常遇到太紧放不开,或太松抱不住的状况,那么这事什么原因引起的呢?又该怎样进行解决呢?

Hoister brake adjustment process often encountered too tight or too loose put not to open, not hold status, so that what reason causes? And how to solve?

(1)制动轮的袖中心与间瓦中心相对误差太大(不允许大于3毫米)。这是由于检修后的减速器安装有误差,使制动轮的位置改纪造成一例闸瓦张得九一侧闯瓦张不开。当把制动轮校准在两个闸瓦的中心时,这一故障就可消除。

(1) the brake wheel sleeve center and the relative error between tile center is too large (no more than 3 mm). This is because after the repair reducer installation error, so that the brake wheel position change caused by a brake shoe Ji Zhang Dejiu side into the tile does not open. When the brake wheel alignment in the two brake shoe centre, this failure can be eliminated.

(2)闸瓦与制动轮的中心线倾斜。当卷扬机减速器和划动杠杆系统(闸架)安装位置不正确时,就会造成间瓦与制动轮局部接队使闭瓦抱不紧制动轮。在这种情况下,调得紧一些就会出现闸瓦不能完全松离制动轮的现象,使制动轮受摩擦而产生高热。要求闸瓦在松开时,闸瓦与制动轮的倾斜度或不平度不得超过制动轮宽度的千分之一。

(2) tilting center line brake shoes and brake wheel. Requirements in the brake shoe, brake shoe and brake wheel tilt or roughness must not exceed the width of the brake wheel 1/1000.

(3)由于制动器的各销轴与轴孔磨损严重,增大了调动电磁铁的无效行程(空行程),而有效行程减小。

(4)制动轮磨损后,在重新加工时造成误差。

(5)卷扬机由于调整不合理,制动电磁铁行程太小。这种情况常发生在只调拉杆没调立杆的缘故。

(6)新换的调节拉栋加工尺寸不正确。

(7)主弹簧未受力或调整螺丝(顶丝)调整不合适,使间瓦一例张得多,一例张得少。

(8)卷扬机制动电磁铁牵引杆的上下连接极为刚性连执牵引杆运动阻力太大,致使电磁铁产生吸不起来或叹。
